On the property there is a small swimming area with a jetty and 4 SUP boards. On the other side is the boat jetty.

Otherwise, there is a lot of outdoor furni-ture, cushions etc. as well as awnings. There is a gas grill and an O-fire too.

Behind the house there is a local path. Sometimes horses come there.

There is parking for several cars, as well as an electric car charger.
