More about the kitchen in the main house:

This includes a dishwasher, combined fridge and freezer, gas cooker, oven, all cutlery, cookware, stand mixer, large kitchen machine with blender, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, baking equipment, kitchen knives etc. In the kitchen there are some dry goods, coffee filters, salt, sugar, flour, oils, spices, vinegar etc. This can be freely used by the tenant, however, so that if any of this becomes empty, it must be filled up by the tenant. The hatch in the floor of the kitchen leads down to the old cellar where, among other things, is a stock of toilet paper, drying rolls, hand soap, cleaning agents, washing-up brushes which are at the tenant's disposal should anything become empty.


Staircase in the main house:

Under the stairs there are candles, ironing board and iron as well as "mosquito repellent". There is also a first aid kit here. In the hallway is the fuse cabinet.  Next to the fusecabinet is a handheld vacuum cleaner.


The bedrooms in the main house:

In the large bedroom there is 1 double bed of 180 * 200 cm and 2 single beds of 90 * 200 cm. The two small bedrooms contain a single bed (80 * 200 cm) which becomes a double bed (160 * 200 cm) by pulling out the "frame". In the "TV room" there is a sofa bed that can be converted into a slepping couch for 2.


Bathroom in the main house:

Here there are cleaning products, some soap and shampoo as well as a simple hairdryer. It is included in the rent in the sense that it can be used, but it is not refilled and the tenant does not have to replace what is used. There is also a "water cabinet" for the main house.


More about the annex:

This is a small apartment with a bathroom, double bed (180 * 200 cm), kitchen wall, garden chairs and terrace as well as a fireplace. The kitchen wall contains a fridge, freezer, induction plates, oven, coffee machine, cookware, cutlery, blender, stand mixer, etc. as well as some spices, flour etc. The bathroom has a shower, wc and washbasin. Underfloor heating throughout the building.


More about the basement in the annex:

Here is the washing machine and detergents, fuse cabinet for the annex, vacuum cleaner for fireplace ash and "water cabinet" for the annex. What is otherwise in the basement is not at the tenant's disposal.


More about the sea bow:

Simple sea bow for storing fishing equipment etc. Flotation equipment is required to be worn when in a boat. There is therefore quite a bit of this in the sea bow, including some children's sizes. Life jackets: 2 pcs 30 - 50 kg, 2 pcs 50 - 70 kg, 3 pcs 70 - 90 kg and 2 pcs 90+
