1.WHAT

Included in the rent:

Duvets, pillows, kitchen towels, tea towels, toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, detergents for dishwashing/laundry, all tableware, large rubbish bags etc., as well as consumption of electricity/ gas/firewood/water/internet, including charging electric cars. Extra supplies of this are on site and are included.

"Included" is also consumption of spices, cooking oil, coffee filter, plastic foil, baking paper etc. which is located in the kitchen, but it is requested that this be "filled up" if it becomes empty during the rental period. That which stands in front of shampoo, soap, etc. is for free use without "topping up".

Final cleaning is included, however the tenant must clean and take their own trash with them.

Addendum:

Possibly rental of bed linen comes at an additional cost of NOK 300 per set incl. 2 shower towels.

2. WHEN

Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise specifically agreed. Arrival from 3pm. Departure by 12pm.

The maximum number of people is for option A) 12 people and for option B) 8 people. Children under 2 are not included. The number must be respected due to the treatment plant's capacity.

3. HOW:

The rental agreement with attachments is sent by email, and is accepted by paying NOK 5,000 in advance. Failure or delayed payment of any advance is deemed to mean that the agreement has not been entered into, and both parties' obligations cease.

The rent is paid in 3 installments; one shortly after the conclusion of the agreement, one around 1 May and the last about 10 days before the tenancy starts, or as specified in the rental agreement received.

None of the rental amount paid is refunded if the tenant withdraws from the agreement.

Specific directions and door code will be sent by email/text shortly before arrival.
